I was appalled by the lack of urgency from the staff when we discovered bed bugs in our room at 1:30 AM. After bringing the issue to their attention, I was met with indifference and even personal stories instead of a solution. I had to clean my daughter's belongings myself and fight just to get an acknowledgment of the problem. It reminded me of I had to prove our claim rather than receiving an apology or any help. The entire experience was distressing, and it left us feeling unsafe and neglected .

the service was friendly and the food was fresh. our queen room had climate control, tv set and a microwave oven. the breakfast was great and had lots of options - toast and cereals.

Very relaxing overall experience. Well-kept and incredibly beautiful hotel with amazing location very close to the shopping outlets. Huge room with the a/c, a couch and a sofa bed and great breakfast to start the day. The very pleasant staff working throughout the property. Toast and cereal for our breakfast. Friendly service and great value.

The King Room was super spacious and clean! The bed and pillows were amazing-I slept like a rock for 9 hours. No annoying outside noise, a nice change from other places. Huge TV and a solid bathroom too. Breakfast had a good variety. Pretty comfy vibes all around!

Having to request room cleaning is a hassle!!! The pool heater clearly needs attention!!! The mattresses are far too firm for a pleasant night's sleep!!!

Great spot for a short stay! We were only here for one night but really liked it. We wanted to check out the main sights and it was the perfect home base for exploring them all. 🌟
